Clarifying Capability. Strengthening Market Presence.
We’ve worked with Jaychem since 2014, building their first website as well as two sites for their HealthE brand. Their original Jaychem site was, unbelievably, 11 years old. Although it still looked modern and was built to last, the messaging no longer reflected who they are today. It had become vague, which meant they were not appearing in search results, were losing market share, and were sometimes not even being considered for new client relationships.
It quickly became clear they did not have the internal capability to step back and redefine their positioning. So we brought Monica from Mark My Words in from day one. Together, we ran strategic sessions with the wider team to unpack the business, who they are now, what they stand for, and how each stage of their service offering works. I led the structure and site strategy, while Monica translated complex conversations into clear, confident, jargon-free copy. We took our time in this phase because getting it right really mattered.
Visually, we pushed the brand to a new level. I created the photography brief, directed the photoshoot, and produced video content for a strong homepage introduction. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure we communicated capability and professionalism while respecting sensitive client relationships. The end result positions Jaychem as leaders in their field, which they absolutely are.
Within 2.5 months of launch, despite changing almost every page, Jaychem has already received multiple international enquiries, which was one of their key goals. The website now clearly explains who they are, what they do, and why they matter. It strengthens their brand, supports growth, and gives them the professional presence their expertise deserves. It was an honour to work on this project with the Jaychem team.
